Techpolymer's size can be modified from the submicron level to the micron level, or to the milli level (*). Customers can select the size that best suits their applications from amongst the wide variety of product types.
*We provide the separate "Duomaster" product for milli level sizes.
Average particle diameter can be adjusted from 1-200 microns (*). Light diffusion can be adjusted by selecting the size of average particle diameter. In addition, for plastic extruded sheets and paint applications, the sense of surface design can also be adjusted.
*Only specific particle size distributions and refractive indexes may be available for some sizes.

Average particle diameter can be adjusted between 1µm and 200µm.

Average particle size can be adjusted between 0.1-1 microns. The particles are microscopic and can be provided in uniform particles as dried powder or slurry. If you require microscopic particles for your application, please look into core coating through dry blending and other materials.

We provide a variety of particle size distributions to suit a variety of applications. Our company's particle size distribution control technologies allow us to handle even applications which require a more uniform particle size distribution. If even further uniformity is required, we can also carry out additional sorting and cutting of coarse particles.
Standard type
This is the standard variety, typical Techpolymer particle size distribution. Can be used for a wide variety of applications including mixing with plastics, paints and cosmetics.
S Type
A particle with a particle size distribution made sharper than any before through a new polymerization method. Effective for blocking prevention applications for films which are averse to coarse particles.

SS Type
Monodisperse particles which are even more sharply arranged in particle size distribution than S Type. Can be used for display applications and other fields where strict (particle size distribution) quality management is required.
