In order to allow our customers to use Techpolymer more stably under even severe conditions, we now offer grades with improved particle stability.
- The stability of customer products improved with Techpolymer added
- We hope to assist with improving our the breath of material selection and contribute to the stability of our customer's production processes.
By controlling the degree of cross-linking, particle solvent resistance can be increased. As shown below, increased cross-linking also leads to decreased swelling.
| MBX Series | |||
| MBX | MB10X | MB30X | |
| Ethanol | 0.04 | 0.03 | 0.02 |
| Acetone | 0.66 | 0.43 | 0.24 |
| MEK | 0.61 | 0.45 | 0.23 |

Solvent Resistance in MEK
Shows that as the degree of cross-linking increases the degree of swelling goes down.
Expected Effects- Expands the selection of materials for paints and inks.
- Lengthen spot life.
- Can lead to improved productivity on the production line
