Establishment of Personal Information Management System

• ・SKG ensure that their officers and employees recognize the importance of the personal information protection and establish a proper management system for such protection.
• ・SKG also establish management rules and procedures for collection, use, provision and other process of handling the personal information and control such information properly.

Collection

• ・SKG explicitly state purposes of use of the personal information of the Customers when SKG collect such information from the Customers.
• ・SKG collect the personal information by appropriate and fair means to the extent necessary to achieving such purposes.

Purpose of Use

• ・Unless otherwise permitted by laws and regulations, SKG do not use the personal information without the Customers' consent for any purpose other than the following purposes or purposes of which SKG separately make a notification or public announcement:

1. a) Plan, research and develop, improve the quality of, promote, market and sale products and services that SKG deal with;
2. b) Respond to the Customers' inquiries and perform work necessary to offer services promptly; and
3. c) Respond in accordance with laws and regulations, court orders, administrative directions or the like.

Safety Management

• ・SKG take necessary and appropriate organizational, physical and technological measures to maintain the security of the personal information, such as prevention of unauthorized access, leakage, falsification, loss, etc. of such information, etc..

Provision to Third Party

• ・Unless otherwise permitted by any law and regulation, SKG do not provide the personal information to any third party without the Customers' consent.

Supervision over Contractors handling Personal Information

• ・SKG may provide the personal information to their contractors to the extent necessary to achieving the purpose of using such information that SKG explicitly state in advance.
• ・SKG ensure that such contractors treat such personal information appropriately and, supervise such contractors properly.

Shared Use

• ・SKG may share the personal information, such as the name, address, telephone number, facsimile number, email address, membership, department, title and all other information that each of SKG retains, internally within SKG and use it communally to the extent necessary to achieving the said purposes for which SKG have collected such information. In that case, Sekisui Kasei Co., Ltd. will be in charge of the management of such information.
