Thermal Degradation
Overview
Thermal decomposition temperature can be adjusted with the selection of the resin composition of the particles.

Developed particle example: Low-temperature decomposition particles
Particles which decompose at lower temperatures than the MB-8, a non-cross-linked polymethyl methacrylate particle.
Thermal Decomposition Behavior
Developed particle example: High heat-resistance particle
Particles which decompose at a higher temperature than the MBX-8, a cross-linked polymethyl methacrylate particle. Can be used in resins with high processing temperature resins, such as polycarbonate.
